Lipödem

I have been treated for Lipedemia with WAL technique. Are there other ways to treat them?

Hi As I have previously been treated for Lipodemia on my legs with WAL technique it has left my left scar tissue on the legs, buttom anf thighs uneven, looking like cellulite. I have talked to some surgons and they feel that the result could be uneven if treated again. What are the doctors thoughts on that? Will it be risky to treat legs/thighs and bottom again with Liposuction? Will it make it worse? Are there other ways to treat them?

Hello, Some cellulite like appearance can be cause of loose skin and another liposuction may increase the deformity. Leg/thigh lift is necessary. Have a nice day
