On December 3, 2019, I had rhinoplasty to Mr. Coşkun. I wish it had a photo upload feature so I could show it to me just because it did it. I can share photos if you want. Before going into the operation, I specifically stated that I wanted the bottom of my nose to be parallel to the ground. When I came out of the operation, my nostrils were visible from the opposite side. He made the angle I wanted 90 degrees, about 135 degrees upturned nose. When I spoke to the doctor, he told me that "one degree tip will drop", but I did not get a clear answer. Before the operation, I had a hard appearance. After that, I walked around like a cute pitbull dog for 1 year. I waited for the time to pass and had another operation to another doctor. During this time, I certainly did not get a clear answer. All I heard was "one degree tip is going to drop". I had anxiety attacks due to the uncertainty in the process and started antidepressants. I also struggled with antidepressant side effects for a long time. I know how the 1 year I waited for the 2nd operation passed, but also God. My recommendations for those who will undergo plastic surgery are as follows: 1) Examine your doctor's aesthetic perception well. Find another doctor if it's not compatible with yours. 2) Your doctor's surgical skills are very important. Research this topic well. 3) Suspend the process if you encounter the slightest statement suggesting that your doctor has a communication problem.
